Bernd Rüthers (* 12. Juli 1930 in Dortmund; † 22. Juni 2023) war ein deutscher Rechtswissenschaftler. Er war von 1971 bis 1998 Professor für Zivilrecht und Rechtstheorie an der Universität Konstanz und von 1991 bis 1996 deren Rektor.

埃里希·瓦德（Erich Vad，1957—），先后在慕尼黑、明斯特、汉堡研读史学、哲学以及社会科学，在明斯特大学的哈尔维克（W. Hahlweg）教授和特拉维夫大学的瓦拉赫（J.L.
